Return & Exchange Window

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized blouse stitching
• Special sizing alterations
• Fall & edging work
• Bespoke or made-to-measure products
• Pre-ordered and made-to-order products
• Products purchased during promotional sales
• Items purchased using discount codes or cashback rewards

High Value Orders (Above ₹10,000)

Orders exceeding ₹10,000 are not eligible for standard change-of-mind refunds.

Returns for high-value orders are accepted only in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Transit damage
• Wrong product delivered

How To Request a Return

1. Email returns@sareedesign.in within 5 days of delivery.
2. Include Order Number and reason for return.
3. Attach photographs if reporting any issue.
4. Wait for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
5. Ship the item as instructed by our support team.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and unworn.
• Item must be unwashed and unaltered.
• All tags and labels must remain attached.
• Luxury packaging must remain intact.
• Products must be free from stains, odors, or damage.
